Alif had a lot of health issues, digestive problems, acidity from his diabetes meds, and a diet that didn’t have enough protein or fiber. He tried home remedies like ajwain, but they didn’t help. On top of that, he couldn’t eat eggs, milk, seafood, or soy, and he didn’t like vegetables, making it even harder to get the right nutrients.
Our nutrition coaches stepped in and made small but powerful changes. They swapped Ajwain with fennel seeds (saunf) to help his digestion, suggested vegan protein supplements and more dal for protein, and added a fiber supplement. They also found ways to sneak veggies into his meals, like stuffed parathas, mixed dal, and chicken.

Our fitness coach stepped in, explaining the importance of staying active and encouraging Alif to take short walks during his workday. He was also taught about the right mix of exercises for his body, focusing on strength training and flexibility.
A simple home workout plan was created, using bodyweight exercises to build muscle, and he was guided to increase his heart rate for better fitness and energy. Alif also started a walking routine with 3 minutes of brisk walking followed by 1 minute of normal walking, aiming to reach a healthy heart rate.
