  • Practice mindful eating 

2. Exercise

  • Add strength training to your exercise regime that helps build muscle, which is crucial for blood sugar control. 
  • Focus on improving flexibility & core strength 

3. Improve stress management and sleep quality 

  • Try to get good quality sleep for 7-8 hours. 
  • Work on managing stress through self-care methods or by seeking help from a professional
