Comparison Of Total Fat Content Between Vegetarian And Non Vegetarian Soups Commonly Consumed In India

An experimental study comparing the fat content in Vegetarian and Non vegetarian soups in order to evaluate the accuracy of the assumption that vegetarian soups are always fat free and non-veg soups have higher fat content.
