Analysis of Diabefly® digital therapeutics platform for enhancing behavioural self-management in diabetes based on performance in motivation and attitude towards changing health (match) questionnaire.

This study has evaluated the effectiveness of remote behavioural interventions leading to increasing motivation levels of 60 participants with type 2 diabetes. At the end of the program, the total motivation score improved by 7.31%. The overall motivation scores, score for ableness ,and worthwhileness increased from 32.55 to 34.93, 11.45to 12.05, and from 8.93 to 10.63 respectively. It can be concluded that remotely executed behavioural interventional techniques & psychotherapies leads to increase in overall motivation despite there being a difference in the initial motivation levels of individuals based on age and gender.
