Participation in Diabefly® Program and significant reduction in Diabetes Distress and Improvement in Motivation Toward Behaviour Change Among People With T2D

This study analysed the effectiveness of digital therapeutics programs as remote behavioral intervention in better management of diabetes among 100 participants diagnosed with Type 2 DM. Motivation levels improved significantly by 9.39%, while distress levels decreased significantly by 24.21%. Participants from joint families have higher interpersonal distress, while participants having diabetes for > 5 years showed higher physician, and interpersonal distress as compared to newly diagnosed ones. In conclusion, remote behavioral interventions via Diabefly® has been proven to be effective in managing diabetes adequately
