The Analytics API goes beyond tracking by analyzing food consumption over time and comparing it against the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA). It provides actionable, personalized insights tailored to different demographics, such as toddlers, pregnant women, and individuals with conditions like diabetes or obesity helping users identify gaps and meet their health goals effectively.

1. The Challenge
