  • Lie on your back with bent knees hip-width apart. 
  • Exhale, and lift your hips by pressing onto the feet.
  • Lift your chest and hold the pose for a few breaths. 

Benefits:

  • This pose opens the chest and strengthens the spine, hips, and legs. 
  • It aids digestion, stimulates the thyroid gland, and reduces anxiety.

2) Dhanur Vakrasana

"Dhanur Vakrasana" - Yoga Pose

How to do it?

  • Start by lying on your belly. 
  • Bend your knees and hold your ankles. 
  • Exhale, lift up your head, chest and knees. 
  • Stay in the pose for a few breaths. 
  • Exhale and release the pose.

3) Ardha Matsyendrasana 

"Ardha Matsyendrasana" - Yoga Pose

How to do it?

  • Start from a cross-legged position. 
  • Bring the right foot to the outside of the left hip. 
  • Cross your left leg over your right leg. 
  • Gently twist your body by placing your left hand behind you and your right upper arm to the outside of your left thigh.
  •  Inhale and focus on lifting and lengthening.

4) Bhujangasana

How to do it?

  • Lie on your stomach with palms underneath your shoulders and knees hip-width apart. 
  • Press into your palms and lift your body by straightening your arms, slight bend of elbows- gaze forward.

5) Pawanmuktasana

"Pawanmuktasana" - Yoga Pose

How to do it?

  • Lie on your back. 
  • Keep knees and heels together. 
  • Exhale, bring your knees towards your chest by grasping just below the knees. 
  • Lift your head till your forehead touches your knees. 
  • Remain in this pose for a few breaths.
