A Fitterfly App or Website User ('User') can make referral of his / her friends / family / relatives / colleagues for the programs listed by Fitterfly Healthtech Private Limited on the Fitterfly app or website.
Referral benefit to be paid to the User after successful completion of 15 days of payment being made by the referred person (i.e. person referred by the User) - the same is considered as a “successful referral”.
Referral benefit to be provided to such User on each successful referral – such benefit to be provided for any program listed by Fitterfly Healthtech Private Limited on the Fitterfly website.
Referral benefits are to be provided upon enrollment of the referred person to the program of Fitterfly as well as completion of 15 days of payment being made by such person. Referral benefit may not be passed on where the referred person does not enroll / after enrollment cancels the program within 15 days.
The above-mentioned referral benefit will be applicable for referrals provided on the Fitterfly app as well as referrals made through other modes / channels.
The referred person will be required to go through the standard process of registration and adhere to the terms and conditions / privacy policy requirements as applicable to all other Fitterfly users.
The Income-tax implications / implications under other laws with respect to the referral benefit to be the obligation of the User receiving such benefit.
