Let it heat on low flame for some time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now add the atta and roast it on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes, till you get the aroma of the roasted atta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now add in the mix of grains and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes more on a low flame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the dates or stevia, the elaichi powder, and the nuts and seeds of choice. Mix them all well and cook for 30 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let this mixture cool down and turn warm so that you can easily place it in your hand. Mix them all well and pressure cook on a medium flame for about 2 to 3 whistles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn off the flame and let the steam escape on its own.
