Unfortunately, combining this with the love (and temptation) for your favourite foods can steer you off course.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But don&#8217;t worry; here are some innovative ways to &#8220;cheat&#8221; responsibly:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Tip 1: Remember, it is not a stuffing session<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stick to what you&#8217;ll love the most, and skip the rest. It&#8217;s easy to be swamped by temptations on the menu.
